Plus we are all at different stages when we are starting out! We don’t want to throw you in with people that have been coming and know what they are doing while you just try to keep up which many times can lead to injuries…
Over the last 16 years, we have developed and refined an integrated training system not found in many other exercise facilities called the M7 Method .
It is specifically designed for those who are weary of exercise programs that are designed for younger, more resilient bodies that is educational, challenging and meets you where you are at instead of throwing you in with a bunch of people that have been working out- where everyone is doing the exact same thing.
M7 offers a true path to HEALTH AND FITNESS – what we define as the state where you are strong and flexible enough to confidently handle any physical challenge life presents and are able to provide personal training at an affordable rate.

SEMI-PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Enjoy the motivation of others without getting lost in a big group setting. Our Semi-Private Personal Training will help you see results with customized programs at a fraction of 1:1 personal training.
BLOCK PERSONAL TRAINING
Designed specifically for those who want to receive the benefits of a personalized, tailored exercise plan while still enjoying the support of like-minded individuals while still having modifications for different starting points.

Perfect for those will injuries, do not want to share time with others or just need a little extra TLC. We will build you a plan to suit your specific needs.
Most of our clients gravitate towards our other personal training programs but we know there are a few of our older and athletic clients that need specific programs.
HYBRID CONDITIONING & RECOVERY CLASSES
As we get older, our bodies don't recover as quickly as they once did, and overdoing high-intensity interval training (HIIT) can lead to increased risk of injury, chronic fatigue, and even hinder progress so we have struck a balance with our metabolic conditioning, barre, pilates, fountain of youth and other classes we offer.

STRETCH THERAPY
Stretch Therapy is a specialized form of bodywork involving assisted stretching techniques to move your body through its full range of motion. Unlike traditional massage, Stretch Therapy focuses on loosening tight muscles and connective tissues, restoring mobility, and promoting overall well-being.
GROUP STRETCH & MOBILITY
A guided class where participants follow a series of dynamic and static stretches designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, and overall mobility. The class focuses on movement patterns, joint health, and muscle activation, making it ideal for those looking to enhance their physical performance, reduce stiffness, and prevent injuries. The group setting fosters a supportive environment, encouraging consistency and progress over time.
NUTRITION
Our Nutrition Program offers a personalized approach to help you achieve your health and wellness goals. With one-on-one coaching, group programs, flexible nutrition plans, and tailored meal plans, we guide you to find what works best for your lifestyle. You'll receive habit coaching and support to build lasting changes while discovering a balanced, sustainable way to nourish your body. Whether you're just starting or looking to fine-tune your nutrition, we're here to support you every step of the way!
TPI GOLF FITNESS
Titleist Performance Institute movement screen was created to
identify physical limitations in golfers. This movement screen focuses specifically on the golf swing to assess the most efficient way for each player to swing by addressing weaknesses that can hinder performance, build strength and endurance and get stronger and more mobile.
