We use these for Zone 2 training, conditioning, toning, endurance strength and fat loss which combines great with our Small Group Personal Training.
Our 45 minute Team Training workouts are extremely quick and effective. We don’t waste a single minute in these fast-paced classes. These high energy team training sessions are geared towards melting fat, toning, endurance strength and recovery. Team training sessions include an average of 4-10 people- so still very small to get the best training around!

Barre Classes
Barre is a hybrid workout class fusing the best of pilates, yoga, aerobics, and elements endurance strength exercises using lighter weights, bands, balls, gliders and more. Barre delivers a results-driven workout that is not only fun and dynamic, but the real difference is the isometric movements you perform holding your body still while you contract specific muscles until you feel the burn and sometimes a little shake. This is a low-impact, high-intensity isometric movements designed to improve your flexibility and balance while strengthening and toning your body.
BarreFIT
Pump up the jams & calorie burn w/ this high energy cardio barre class set to music. Small movements combined with fast-paced exercises make for the perfectly sweaty workout that’ll leave you feeling good even though you muscles may be burning. Embrace the shake with small, isometric movements you find in our barre classes, then feel the sweat once you start picking up the pace. Improve your cardiovascular health while building that muscular endurance.
Mobility for Every Body
With our mobility program you will minimize pain, prevent injuries, relieve stress and enhance your everyday life, and say goodbye to outdated boring stretch routines. If you love yoga and the benefits from it, but have injuries or other issues that prevent you from practicing it then this is the class for you! Mobility is all about dedicating time to care for your body and soft tissue to promote better movement and improved functional range of motion.
Metabolic Conditioning
Our metabolic conditioning class is our signature that incorporates cardio and endurance strength performed at different intensities, with structured patterns of work and rest periods. This is similar to what most know as HIIT, Tabata, EMOM style classes. They are great for improving cardiovascular performance, strength and cardio endurance, toning, and burning fat.
Fitness Variety
Pump up the jams & calorie burn w/ this high energy total body conditioning class incorporating strength, cardio, core, balance.and ending with 15 minutes of mobility and stretching.. Small movements combined with fast-paced exercises make for the perfectly sweaty workout that’ll leave you feeling good even though you muscles may be burning. Uses a variety of equipment to make the most out of your workout. Improve your cardiovascular health while building that muscular endurance plus end with 15 minutes of mobility and stretching to leave feeling stronger and able to move better!
Trapeze Yoga
Looking for something new to try? Join us as we stretch, hang, bend, and fly our way to a healthy mind and body! The Yoga Trapeze is a suspension (aerial/anti-gravity) yoga system for the practice of yoga postures, inversions, deep stretches, and aerial tricks. This is a fun way to workout, so if you're getting tired of going to the gym or taking exercise classes, this might be just for you! These classes are beginner friendly and accessible for everyone.
Metabolic Conditioning

Total Body toning
This fun variety class is great for all fitness levels, with a focus on core strength and balance! This class offers a rotating variety of Barre inspired formats, all set to fun music. You'll be on the path to a stronger, toned, more flexible body and better balance in a friendly atmosphere.
Low Impact Training (LIT) & Mobility
Perfect class for those with injuries, want some cardio and conditioning or that can’t or shouldn’t try to keep up with the regular metabolic conditioning. This first half of this class is similar to our metabolic conditioning classes and a second part is mobility. All levels will be accommodated with little to no impact all the way to get that heart pumping without killing your joints.We will modify for some clients injuries or levels so please sign up. Then we end the last half of class with mobility as everyone needs it and no one takes enough time to do it.
Circuit Breaker
Similar to our Metabolic Conditioning sessions but advanced so if you want a heart pumping high intensity workout this is for you! Push. Lift. Lunge. Jump. Explode. Make those muscles scream "Uncle!" This movement based functional training class involves a mixture of conditioning, mobility, core, balance and agility, strength, endurance, and interval training using a variety of equipment.
The Blast
Get ready to kick your heart rate up a zone or two. Your heart will give you props for this mainly conditioning, strength and core blast. Heat it up, sweat it out, challenge your heart to cardiac rehab. This class is mainly cardio with a hint of strength to get you ready for anything! We'll do ladders, ball slams, ropes, steps and more to get our sweat on.. you'll never know what to expect for workout but it will sure be fun and mainly cardio conditioning kicked up a notch!
The Mix
A Mix of Core, Booty, & Mobility with Barre's little move burns built in.This is great active recovery class.Mobility, Core, Movement, & Booty focused with bands, gliders, bender balls and light weights to get the burn of little movements and pulses we all love from Barre.
