I highly recommend InMotion training Studio! I joined the small group personal training to get my body back on track. After a few years of injuries and surgeries I had lost the muscle that I need to be active with my family and feel good. With small group personal training I have gained so much strength and confidence. Several exercises were modified in the beginning until I could safely participate in the tougher versions. Then I joined the Summer tune up where Shannon provided us with a wealth of information about nutrition and a very flexible plan that work in real life. The community at InMotion is so supportive and motivating!

Huge shout out to Shannon at inMotion for creating an amazing virtual coaching program in a matter of days. I cannot imagine going through this crisis without the amazing coaching program and the support of Shannon and our fitness family.

I’m loving the workouts and still getting amazing results. She is keeping me accountable and focused during this crazy time. She was amazing and let us borrow and buy equipment to keep going and has continued to find innovative ways even if we don’t have anything to use.

I know how much time this has taken her and I truly appreciate her hard work.. we are getting way more than the “free” cookie cutter workouts and it’s greatly appreciated!

I had been out of the work out scene for several years due to arthritis related joint issues. I had enjoyed great success with Shannon several years ago, so when I saw a 6 week challenge advertised I went for it. The trainers were able to modify any moves that weren't good for me and I get a fabulous workout! I didn't feel like I stood out because they work great with all fitness levels. Shannon is SO full of knowledge and experience! I am so impressed with how each class is different so I can’t get bored working out. Every day is different thanks to all of her skills and the different equipment in the gym. She adapts to my injuries and helps me understand how things are working. Although I went in to gain strength, the Mobility class is my favorite! Who knew you’re never too young to work on your mobility. This gym is a sweet spot!
