I highly recommend InMotion training Studio! I joined the small group personal training to get my body back on track. After a few years of injuries and surgeries I had lost the muscle that I need to be active with my family and feel good. With small group personal training I have gained so much strength and confidence. Several exercises were modified in the beginning until I could safely participate in the tougher versions. Then I joined the Summer tune up where Shannon provided us with a wealth of information about nutrition and a very flexible plan that work in real life. The community at InMotion is so supportive and motivating!

Huge shout out to Shannon at inMotion for creating an amazing virtual coaching program in a matter of days. I cannot imagine going through this crisis without the amazing coaching program and the support of Shannon and our fitness family.
I’m loving the workouts and still getting amazing results. She is keeping me accountable and focused during this crazy time. She was amazing and let us borrow and buy equipment to keep going and has continued to find innovative ways even if we don’t have anything to use.
I know how much time this has taken her and I truly appreciate her hard work.. we are getting way more than the “free” cookie cutter workouts and it’s greatly appreciated!
