Cut up Onions and red peppers – Tip cut up extra for later in the week
Add sausage onions and peppers to skillet
Once cooked add spinach kale roasted garlic and any other veggies you like or have on
hand..Tip- I keep frozen kale And spinach as it’s easy to crunch up..
add eggs and enjoy!!
Makes about 7-8 servings to make it a little more macro friends add a piece of bread and maybe some cheese or avocado
