I’m 52, deep into perimenopause, and for a long time I truly thought I was doing everything I was supposed to do…

About Me (and why I created this Audit)
Hi — I’m Shannon, owner of inMotion Training Studio here in Bend.
I’m a Personal Trainer and Mobility Specialist, a Functional Nutrition & Metabolism Specialist, Holistic Health Coach, Integrative Hormones & Microbiome Practitioner, Peptide Strategy & Education Consultant and Perimenopause + Menopause Specialist.
For over 18 years, I’ve coached adults over 40 through strength training, fat loss, hormone shifts, injuries, metabolic slowdowns, and the “why is my body doing THIS now?” phase of life.
But here’s the part that matters most:
I’m not just teaching this stuff — I’ve lived it.
Even with all my education, coaching experience, and “healthy lifestyle”…
I still hit a season where things started changing fast:
the belly bloat was REAL (that picture is not fun to put out there)
my skin was changing
my energy felt off
and I just didn’t feel like myself in my own body
