About Me (and why I created this Audit)
Hi ā Iām Shannon, owner of inMotion Training Studio here in Bend.
Iām a Personal Trainer and Mobility Specialist, a Functional Nutrition & Metabolism Specialist, Holistic Health Coach, Integrative Hormones & Microbiome Practitioner, Peptide Strategy & Education Consultant and Perimenopause + Menopause Specialist.
For over 18 years, Iāve coached adults over 40 through strength training, fat loss, hormone shifts, injuries, metabolic slowdowns, and the āwhy is my body doing THIS now?ā phase of life.
But hereās the part that matters most:
