Our classes are meant to subsidize our small group personal training which we focus on strength as we found most HIIT style classes because most people choose the wrong weight and end up with bad form when they are tired or most shouldn't be doing the exact same workout as everyone else all of the time. We offer Metabolic Conditioning, Barre, Mobility and Yoga Trapeze plus other variations!
We'll cover the basic of Nutrition to help you get a basic understanding of what you should be eating- you can upgrade to our fit for life 40 Day reset for a discount as well.
Our no fail accountability program and new members corner will help provide further education and offers various challenges and fun activities to help stay motivated.
